It does have an exit technique which can be also read for free on the author’s websiteand I will give this technique a try, but otherwise the ‘how to’ aspect of the book refers to things like ways to explore the void, get in and out of it, how to maintain lucidity, what to do, what not to do, etc.

Anyways, maybe unlike yourself, my interest in OBEs, astral projection, lucid dreams, pathworking, occult projections etc started around the mid to late 80s when there was no internet or Amazon, how did we ever survive!
