A player may attempt to capture the castle at any point, but only receives the diminished garrison bonus after at least three consecutive turns at siege. Kingmaker Alternate Rules
Square pieces are used for the few ships in the game. It’s not very historical, but it could be fun. All trademarks are property of their respective owners in the US and other countries. One of the beauties of Rulws is that a player who is dealt a weak hand at the start of the game is not necessarily doomed to lose, unlike avvalon games such as Risk; the random events and the improvement of the original ‘hand’ with cards at the end of each turn can easily tip the balance of hhill.
