I was prepared for the “cheesy clip art” and only found it funny. Several things he mentions are described in other books about anxiety or depression such as “all-or-nothing” thinking, different types of fears holding you back but this text is shorter and sometimes that’s better simply because it’s faster to read. I did the exercises and found out some new things about myself. I find that I handle tasks faster, and will keep working on it to get through more of my backlog and on to new projects.

I re-read this book because I found it so useful the first time, about a month ago. So far on home projects, I have cleaned out the front hall closet, the utility room, and donated 2 carloads of things I’m not using.
